The Ultrapac ALD SP is a heatless self-contained compressed air dryer. It has a dew point of -40 degrees C giving a residual water content of 0.11 g/m cubed. The operating temperature of -40 degrees C and particulate filter on the output ensures the delivered air is suitable for use in contact with food and food packaging.
The system is fitted with a dew point regulator which means that the saturated desiccant media is only regenerated when necessary (or after 6 hours to equalise media use). This saves the maximum possible amount of purge air thus significantly reducing the running costs compared to units without this facility. The range suits virtually all applications with the smaller models being ideal for installation at the point of air use.

Additional Information
There are range numbers e.g. (P)-GSL N, which in the case of filter elements are often followed by a case size e.g. 03/10. And many of these come with different filter pore sizes e.g. 1 to 250 microns. Every variation is given a unique article number e.g. (P)-GSL N 03/10 with a 250 micron pore size has an article number of 1C235030-93. Thorite uses the Donaldson article number as its part number, this guarantees no ambiguity of part number in the supply chain.
